Danielle Alexander – Founder of Redemptive Fitness

With a Kinesiology degree from Miami University and certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Danielle Alexander brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for fitness to Redemptive Fitness. After years of working in hospitals and health institutions, Danielle answered her calling to focus on preventive health and launched Redemptive Fitness.

The name embodies her belief that it’s never too late to change your path. Every day is a fresh opportunity to reclaim your health, build strength, and grow confidence. Danielle is committed to walking alongside her clients as they take that transformative step.

Danielle’s active lifestyle began early, inspired by her parents, who encouraged her and her brother to explore a variety of sports while hiking, biking, and swimming as a family. What stood out most was how much fun they made movement. She learned that exercise isn’t a chore but a joyful and natural part of life. This foundation shaped her approach to fitness as a lifestyle, not just an activity.

Through Redemptive Fitness, Danielle combines her expertise and life experiences to inspire others to embrace movement, health, and a sense of renewal.

Kaleigh Hampton, NASM CPT

Kaleigh Hampton - NASM-Certified Personal Trainer

Kaleigh Hampton is a NASM-certified personal trainer and accomplished dancer who brings her passion for movement and wellness to every client she works with. A proud graduate of Western Kentucky University (Class of 2023) with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Dance, Kaleigh combines her dance background with her fitness expertise to create dynamic, functional training programs that inspire confidence and strength. Kaleigh graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Bachelor of Arts in Dance.

When she’s not training clients, she’s dancing professionally with a local Dance Theatre in Cincinnati. Kaleigh loves to bring her love of dance & movement into her training by showing clients that all movement can be beneficial & enjoyable. 

Bre Shisso

Bre Shisso - Accountability Coach

Bre serves as our online accountability coach, helping clients set realistic goals and achieve them in a motivating and sustainable way. While Dani (founder) handles the online programming, Bre focuses on building relationships and addressing the emotional and mental aspects of health, fitness, and nutrition. She empowers clients to uncover their "why" and use it as a driving force to stay committed, even when challenges arise.

Bre also loves helping clients improve their nutrition by sharing practical strategies and simple, family-friendly meal ideas—perfect for busy moms.

As a soon-to-be mom of four, with two wonderful sons and twin girls on the way, Bre understands how hectic life can be. She leads by example, showing that prioritizing health is essential for creating the best life for ourselves and our families. Now, she’s here to help YOU do the same.

Ashley Rodger, NASM CPT

Ashley Rogers - NASM-Certified Personal Trainer

Ashley Rogers is a dedicated NASM-certified personal trainer with a passion for helping individuals feel confident and amazing in their own skin. She works with the incredible team at Redemptive Fitness, offering personalized training sessions both in gyms and in the comfort of clients’ homes.

Specializing in one-on-one personal training and leading engaging group classes, Ashley’s mission is to show clients that movement is medicine. She focuses on teaching proper workout techniques tailored to each person’s unique needs while helping them discover forms of movement they genuinely love.

Ashley’s approach emphasizes creating a supportive, accountable community that empowers individuals to achieve their wellness goals and embrace their best selves. Whether you’re beginning your fitness journey or looking to elevate it, Ashley provides expert guidance every step of the way.

Gianna Disilvestro, NASM CPT

Gianna Disilvestro - NASM-Certified Personal Trainer

Gianna graduated from the University of Dayton with a degree in Exercise Science and began her career in personal training immediately after. She specializes in volleyball training and general fitness, working with clients of all ages and fitness levels to help them become the strongest and healthiest versions of themselves.

In addition to her work as a certified personal trainer at Redemptive Fitness in Cincinnati, Gianna works full-time at a local chiropractic clinic. She is a certified nutrition coach, stretch specialist, and personal trainer. Her passion for personal training is rooted in her own commitment to health and fitness, and she strives to inspire others to achieve their personal best.

Shavonna Hagerty, LMT

Shavonna Hagerty - Licensed Massage Therapist

Shavonna Hagerty is a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist dedicated to helping her clients achieve optimal health and well-being. With extensive experience in therapeutic massage, Shavonna specializes in techniques that relieve tension, improve mobility, and promote relaxation.

Shavonna tailors each session to meet the unique needs of her clients, blending various modalities such as deep tissue, pre/post natal, and myofascial release. Her holistic approach addresses both physical and mental well-being, making her sessions a rejuvenating experience for anyone seeking relief from pain, stress, or muscle tension.
