Remember, form is always more important over how much weight you can lift or how fast you can complete the exercise. When form is your focus, you will see results much sooner!

My training programs are designed to take any client at any fitness level and help them reach their goals. Each month builds upon the previous month so that there is a proper progression in terms of difficulty and skill, whether that is for the basic or premium package.
