MY STORY

WHERE IT ALL BEGAN 

From a very young age, I was very active and involved in athletics. My parents had my brother and I try all kinds of sports and they were always taking us hiking, biking, or swimming. The best part, I believe, is that they made it FUN! I learned early on in life that exercise and moving was just a part of life and not something to dread or contemplate. It was a way of life for me.

WHAT FITNESS MEANS TO ME

The term fitness means several things to me. It doesn’t just mean being physically active and in shape. Fitness means that I am also capable of pushing myslef, not backing down, and achieving goals for myself. Fitness continues to teach me patience, hard work, and perservence in life!

HOW I CAN HELP YOU

I truly believe God gave me this passion to help others achieve an overall healthy lifestyle from the very beginning when I was a young girl. From being active growing up, to competing in gymnastics for 10 years, to studying Exercise Science in college, I feel like I have been prepped for this job my entire life.  I have been a personal and group trainer for six years now and I have helped hundreds of different clients varying in age as young as 13 to as old as 91 with different lifestyles, limitations, and goals. Now I am ready to help not just hundreds, but thousands of people change their lives for the better!

THE PERFECT BALANCE 

Your attention to your health should enhance your life, not take over your life. Exercise should be a part of your day, not your entire day. Those are my beliefs and that is why I designed these programs!

My workout programs are realistic in physical capability and can be completed in a realistic amount of time. I want anyone who desires to become the healthiest and strongest version of themselves to do my programs and do them in enough time to still spend time with family, be a good student and worker, and find time for rest.

OWNING YOUR LIFESTYLE

While it is vital to have balance and boundaries in your life, it is equally important that you take responsibility for your own choices! We all get the same amount of time in the day. It is how we choose to spend our time that makes all the difference. You are worth taking time each day to work on you for you. If you don’t do it for you, no one else will.

YOU DESERVE REDEMPTION

My biggest beliefs in life stem from my faith and the idea of redemption. God gives us a million chances. I believe most of us need to give ourselves more grace when it comes to the choices we have made in the past. I truly believe that you are NEVER too old, too young, too skinny, too overweight, too far gone to make today the day you say YES to striving towards a healthier version of yourself.
