Waiver and Release of Liability

I, the client, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. I agreed to assume, solely and exclusively, any and all risks and hazards associated with my voluntary use of REDEMPTIVE FITNESS LLC’s online fitness program, including but not limited to risks of personal injury, disability, death, damages, or any other harm or loss that may occur.
2. I agreed not to use REDEMPTIVE FITNESS LLC’s online fitness program, unless I am medically and physically able to do so. I understand and agree that it is my sole responsibility to determine if I am medically and physically able.
3. I understand and agree that only I, as an online member, am permitted to use this program and will not duplicate it or provide and/or sell to others to participate in same.
4. I hereby agree, for myself, to waive and forever discharge and release REDEMPTIVE FITNESS LLC and its sole owner, Danielle Alexander, from any and all liability, claims, complaints, causes of action, contracts, obligations, damages, losses, or demands of any kind whatsoever, including any claims of negligent or reckless conduct that may directly or indirectly arise from or in connection with my use of the online program and any of its contents.

By  checking out, I acknowledge that I have read this Waiver and Release of Liability carefully, fully understand its terms and conditions, and freely and voluntarily use REDEMPTIVE FITNESS LLC’s online program.
